Carol LaFourcade Hightower, president of Positif Image, Inc. and administrator of Positif Image Skin Clinic, is a California licensed Registered Nurse, certified in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.  Carol is also a licensed Registered Nursed in the states of Connecticut and Texas. She belongs to the prestigious American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses. Her previous clinical experiences are varied and include several years on the surgical team of Beverly Hills most renown plastic surgeons.

In addition, Carol is a California State Licensed Cosmetologist and a specialist in cosmetic surgery preparedness and facial skin rejuvenation, having completed advanced training in Paris, France. She is a lecturer and published author on these subjects.

Her past achievements include the management and organization of two highly publicized post-operative cosmetic surgery recovery hospital hotels, Le Petit L'Ermitage in Beverly Hills, CA and La Cachet in Newport Beach, CA.  Her accomplishments have been featured by the media and on television. programs such as CNN News, Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous and P.M. Magazine.  These Hotels were also featured in several publications, People Magazine, Time Magazine and Harper's Bazaar to name a few.  Carol has had the pleasure of appearing on the Oprah Winfrey Show.  She is also a frequent lecturer on the "Crystal Cruise Lines".
